And what better place to bring it to life than the green oasis of the Botanic Garden Meise?

This year, the focus went beyond new concepts and strategies to the source itself: natural, fresh, and honest products. During a culinary walk, participants discovered surprising flavors and gathered ideas for their year-end menus — in a setting that breathes sustainability and respect for nature.

The Botanic Garden Meise provided the perfect backdrop: a unique venue where biodiversity and innovation go hand in hand. Among centuries-old trees and contemporary glasshouses, visitors experienced new ideas in a natural context.
