Congress London

One of our clients recently invited clients to a congress in London. From registration and handling of all congress-related administration to the evening animations, way2events took care of the entire event. Even a personal travel schedule was prepared for each guest.

To create a higher level of travelling comfort, we organized departures both from Brussels and Lille. One train ride later we arrived at the superb boutique hotel in South Kensington.

The first evening was devoted to a private dinner, in a charming and attractive setting.

The next day, a guided tour was organized in the recently upgraded district of Shoreditch. The tour was based on the art of the district: Street art. Discovering the works of Banksy but also from the Belgian top artist ROA. The guide took as for an hour into this London Way - Of - Life.

Our stay finally ended with a pleasant and relaxed time at Broadgate Circle. Aperitif on terrace with view, tasting of Asian dishes, pleasure and conviviality. What a way to end our trip to Londen!
