A Japanese multinational chose way2events as a partner for their most important event of the year: the celebration of 50 years in Europe. The topmanagement of Japan flew in to join this celebration. After an extensive communication and invitation campaign we started to work on the tailor made itineraries of each VIP.

We provided a personal shuttle service and the matching high level hotel rooms in the city center of Brussels. The days before the event was a discovery trip to the major cities in Belgium. Together with way2events these VIP's were welcomed in Bruges, Antwerp and Ghent. Each day, and each trip followed a custom made schedule, including Japanese assistance, with extra attention to the Japanese traditions, habits and etiquet.

But the major eyecatcher of this event was the high-end celebrational event. In the beautiful setting of the chateau of Grand Bigard we set up a classy setting to match the occasion. All guests enjoyed the top-catering, and shared the joy of this wonderfull jubilee.

way2events brought 70 VIP's, with 21 different flights, 36 personal shuttles and 40 hotel rooms, to Brussels. A combination of a tight planning and strong organisation turned this event into a topnotch experience for everyone!
