After a few brainstorming sessions, we had it figured out: we would organize an attractive road show as a brand activation.

During this road show, Way2events travelled with the client for four days in its different stores.
For this road show, efficiency was crucial.
Our client wanted the interruption of working hours in the stores to be as short as possible.
In addition, there were more than 20 different locations on the program, so timing was essential in order to visit as many stores as possible in one day.
VIP Pop-up Coach
A VIP pop-up coach for this brand activation proved to be the most efficient solution.
It allowed us to visit as many stores as possible in a short time, without having to waste time building something yourself at the different locations.
Of course, Way2events also provided the ideal framework for this VIP pop-up coach. First of all, all participants enjoyed a nice breakfast in our bus, followed by a short presentation with the message.
