Customer is king, the employee is superhero: Employee event

A nice location, a good teambuilding activity and, finally, a delicious dinner.

With that objective in mind, way2events managed to convince one of its customers active in the transport sector to work with them for their employee event. The customer was looking for an event agency to support his series of employee events.

How can you best experience what a customer wants? Well, by crawling into the skin of the customer yourself. way2events developed a concept for this employee event where the customer and their own employees are completely central. Nothing was left to chance. The VIP treatment started from the invitation that was the first teaser in the run-up to the staff event. Each employee received a personalized invitation by name, which immediately formed their entry card to enter the event.

To enhance the client-first feeling and VIP experience, way2events also ensured that the employees were approached in a very personal way during the employee event. A runner was rolled out in the corporate identity colors of the company and they were warmly welcomed by hostesses.

After a fruitful team meeting and fun teambuilding activity, the employees were surprised with an extensive 3-course dinner with live musical background music.
