Way2events goes Ecological!

SR Europe challenged way2events to organise a congress for them with the lowest possible ecological footprint. This to set a good example at the Enterprise 2020 Summit to be held in Bozar.

This 2-day congress varied from plenary sessions, key- note speakers to smaller seats. Due to the popularity of this congress,  way2events has taken full advantage of every inch of the Bozar. The corridors between the halls were filled with our custom made stands.

These consisted of EURO pallets. This made it possible to dismantle these pallets after the congress, and a further life in the transport sector. In addition, way2events also used locally produced products. for catering, flowers and plants.

A successful and beautiful ecological congress with everything from own soil!
