A new year brings new laws, but also a new logo for our client. One of our client's top priorities - an accounting firm - was to convey this information to their clients in a clear and understandable way and to highlight their new logo by organizing a corporate event. 3 Topics were chosen and linked to a fun network evening.
Place of appointment: Stayen, the stadium of football club STVV. Before the official program started, we gave the invitees the opportunity to participate in the stadium tour. Led by a club icon, people could take a look behind the scenes of this recently renovated stadium.
An opening speech cannot be missed during a corporate event. This took place in the gallery, with the employees forming the new logo in the center circle. After this welcome, the more than 400 guests were guided through a rotation system throughout the evening. In short sessions of half an hour one could discover the novelties in the different break-out rooms.
After these information sessions it was time for the networking reception, or one could visit one of the partner booths. To round off the evening they received as a sweet reminder of this corporate event a bag of personalized M&M's printed with the new logo of our customer.
