Ghelamco or Dock 3 ? Let's do them both !

To offer their customers even a better service, our partner expanded their network of service centers. To put this in mind, we did not organize 1 event but 2 events. This to approach the different regions face-to-face.

The first event took place at the Ghelamco Arena In Ghent. The most beautiful stadium of Belgium formed an impressive setting for this event. We combined product booths with different innovations in the range with animated booths. There was a Panna-booth and a tour in the stadium. The sales team rotated between the different activities to have a nice variation. We ended up the day with a extensive walking dinner.

A week later , a new event took place at Dock 3 in Antwerp. For this event we didn’t worked with booths, but we have build a complete setting for a multimedia keynote speech. This was another way to put a big impact to our customers .This presentation was really a hit. Immediately after the presentation, we converted  the room for the walking dinner while the guests enjoyed some snacks and drinks in the reception area. In several minutes all chairs were removed and stylish tables were placed. In a record time we opened the buffets and we closed the evening in a cozy and stylish setting.
